OTPG系列80秒語音芯片資料:
AC9080-OTPG系列是深圳市環(huán)芯半導(dǎo)體有限公司2009年推出的新產(chǎn)品,在復(fù)位和內(nèi)部供電方面有了更大的改善,同時(shí)推出新的燒錄工具和編程軟件,解決了AC8080原來僅支持3V供電的情況,提供穩(wěn)定性能的語音輸出.同時(shí)在功能方面有了更大的改進(jìn).
AC9080 80秒OTPG系列語音芯片是一顆支持PWM和DAC輸出的80秒的OTP語音芯片,音質(zhì)效果好，共有12個(gè)I/O口,其中4個(gè)Input,8個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單I/O,簡(jiǎn)單I/O只能觸發(fā)單段語音或用于馬達(dá)和閃燈，外圍僅需一顆104電容，產(chǎn)品方案成本極低.
有DIP8/SOP8和DIP16封裝,DIP8封裝只有三個(gè)Input口,PWM情況下同AC8040腳位相同,僅DAC腳相反.DIP16封裝才有12個(gè)IO口.

OTPG系列語音芯片的優(yōu)勢(shì)：
1, Otp-AC9080 內(nèi)置電阻、外圍沒有元器件，5V供電僅需兩個(gè)104電容(0.1uf,3V只需一個(gè))．
2, 工作電壓2.4V—5.5V；輸出方式：PWM＆DAC .
3, 有８Pin和16Pin,3V和5V，DIP16和SOP8和DIP8,裸片封裝可以選擇.
4, 唯一一款可以燒錄裸片出貨的OTP語音芯片產(chǎn)品,不需光罩費(fèi),音質(zhì)和單價(jià)市場(chǎng)最優(yōu).
5, 喇叭是8歐0.5W的,支持8歐阻值功率范圍 : 0.25W-1W的喇叭.
6, DAC輸出時(shí)820-1000歐的電阻接在8050的輸入腳和VSS腳.

8, 出樣前請(qǐng)確認(rèn)是否需要BUSY反饋腳位8腳封裝TG3可用來做反饋腳
出貨形式：
dip、 SOP、COB（可為擠壓盒專用）、裸片（已燒錄好）。 其中裸片一塊Wafer可以同時(shí)燒錄4款不同的產(chǎn)品，直接綁定生產(chǎn)，大大地節(jié)約生產(chǎn)時(shí)間, dip、 SOP、COB 1-3天交貨，裸片5-7天交貨。

AC9080_OTP80S 串行應(yīng)用說明
TG5對(duì)vdd復(fù)位 等待時(shí)間1ms
觸發(fā)一次一個(gè)聲音，mcu高電平發(fā)出幾個(gè)脈沖識(shí)別第幾個(gè)聲音，但在每次發(fā)出脈沖之前,必須個(gè)給otp復(fù)位
附注: 以上資料暫時(shí)僅適用于AC9080-OTP80S/ DIP8和SOP8的芯片..
IO口只用到了TG1/TG2和TG3/別的IO指示部分只對(duì)DIP16的80sOTP芯片有效
