The NY3C series are single-chip voice synthesizing CMOS IC. There are 11 bodies: NY3C003B, NY3C005B, NY3C007B, NY3C010B, NY3C016B, NY3C021C, NY3C027B, NY3C035C, NY3C043B, NY3C054C and NY3C065B. Each body has three I/O pins. Through accurate internal oscillation, external Rosc is unnecessary. There is only one PWM output for voice. Thus any external component is not required. Using 4-bit/5-bit Mixed Advanced DPCM algorithm with 9-bit PWM hardware output, customer’s speech data can be programmed into ROM by changing one code mask during fabrication. Besides, two interactive software developing tools of “Q-Speech” & “Quick-IO” are user-friendly and quick for programming. |

AM9CB0248, AM9CB0300, AM9CB042D, SA1CA0035, SA1CA0095 is a single-chip synthesizing CMOS VLSI that can
synthesize voice up to 3,6,9,12,18,24,30,42 seconds, using ALPHA qualified coding algorithm (LOGPCM).Customer speech
data will be edited and programmed into ROM by changing one mask during the device fabrication.
FEATURES:
1. Single power supply can operate from 2.4v through 5v.
2. The total voice duration is about 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 30, 42 seconds could be partitioned up to 32 voice sections .
each voice section could have 4 playing_length , the longest one is the original voice+mute length .
3. Voice + mute length could up to 22 seconds ( 6k sample rate ) for each voice section .
4. One 255 voice-steps table ,could be partitioned up to 32 groups of voice-step .
For each voice-step, could specify one length of one voice section and one of 5 levels playback speed and

The AM4A150A, AM4AA015D, AM8220A, AM4AB022D is a single chip voice synthesizer
with 4bit microprocessor. That can synthesize voice up to 15, 22 seconds by ALPHA
qualified coding algorithm (LOGPCM). The 4-bit microprocessor has various feature including
4bit ALU, 1K*15 bits ROM, 64*4 bits RAM, I/O port, timer, clock generator, LCD driver, etc.

The AM4FBxxxx series are very low cost midi & voice synthesizers with 4-bit microprocessor. They have various features including 4-bit ALU, ROM, RAM, I/O ports, timers, clock generator, MIDI and voice synthesizer, current D/A and PWM outputs, etc. The audio synthesizer contains eight channels. Furthermore, they consist of 60 instructions in these devices. With CMOS technology, halt and standby function can minimize power dissipation. Their architectures are similar to RISC, with two stages of instruction pipeline. Most of instructions are executed in a single cycle, except for few instructions that need two or three instruction cycles. |

The AM4HB series is a low-cost, high performance 2-channel wavetable synthesizer with a powerful 4-bit microprocessor. There are various features including the 4-bit ALU, ROM, RAM, I/O ports, timers, interrupt, clock generator, wavetable and voice synthesizer, direct-drive outputs, etc. Watchdog timer (WDT), low voltage detector (LVDT), and infrared ray transmitter (IR) features improve system cost and reliability. Large current and open-drain outputs make their application diversified. Furthermore, with CMOS technology, the HALT and STB functions can minimize power dissipation. |
