We are interested in music chips, or COB music modules.  Questions:

- Can you provide IC only in die form?  If so, what is the thickness of the die (FYI, we cannot tolerate more than 150um)?
- If you cannot provide die, what is the overall thickness of the COB module (FYI, we cannot tolerate more than 375um)?
- Do you have chips that we can program ourselves?
- Can you program any song we provide you on the music IC?
- What is the cost of a standard IC to play monotonic 15s song?
